We had a lovely couple of nights stay at the Oast for a family wedding nearby. Communication prior to our visit and when we arrived was excellent. It was so peaceful. The Kitchen was beautiful there was a large handy utility room which had a big fridge which had we been staying for a longer visit would have been very useful. The surrounding land and garden was excellent with the dogs and they loved it. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Beautiful house in a lovely location with great pubs within 10 minutes walking distance and a lovely walk to Tunbridge Wells. We’d love to return, thank you Sharon and Ali for a lovely weekend.

It had everything we needed, it was really well thought out and a lovely renovation of an old building. The garden was very secure, which was a real plus as we had our puppy with us. The owners were super helpful.

We instantly fell inlove with this place. From the entrance of the road to the cottage itself. Its bigger than we expected and has everything you could possibly want n more.... tea, coffee, milk, condiments, games, toiletries and a tv the size of cinema! The garden is secure n fenced in for our dog, lovely lawn, gorgeous views. Lovely field walks, comfy beds, lovely shower. Cooking on an agar was peaceful and lovely.... cant fault the place for the money..... we are definitely coming back...thank you Sharon ❤️

We had a wonderful stay and the children and dogs loved exploring the garden and surrounding fields. Very welcoming hosts and highly recommended this property for a peaceful holiday.

Everything. So peaceful. Beautiful kitchen. Really large and super handy utility room. Big fridge and freezer was useful for storing wedding things. We stayed as my sister was getting married nearby. It was a very stressful week before the wedding but having somewhere to stay as beautiful at The Oast House meant a lot to us. Garden was so handy with the dogs and they loved it.

Beautiful historic property, super conveniently located on the edge of a cute village just outside Tunbridge Wells. Easy to get to/from, comfortable and very lovingly furnished with absolutely everything you would need

This was the ideal getaway for us for a couple of nights. Peaceful, private and a lovely property that felt like home. The garden was perfect for our new 4-month old puppy – completely enclosed so he could explore without any worries. It allowed us to just stop and do very little. There are a couple of local pubs within a short walking distance (recommend The George) and there's lots of land adjoining the property for walks etc. Sharon was a super helpful host so this really was the perfect little break. We'll definitely come back.

Beautifully decorated house equipped with everything that we needed. Sharon and her husband were very welcoming. The garden is a real sun trap and although set back from the road, the flow of traffic was rather noisy when sitting outside during the day, not an issue when inside the house.

Beautiful place on a lovely farm, the secure garden was absolutely lovely and we wish we'd taken our dogs. Sharon, the host who lives nearby was really helpful and attentive without intruding.

The 2nd bedroom being round is best suited to children which Sharon had made us aware of, but this wasn't a problem as such as we used the sofa bed instead.

My husband, youngest son, his friend, the dog and I all had a lovely rest at Sharon’s beautiful Oast House in Frant. Sharon was super quick to reply to any queries and she made us feel very welcome. The farm itself is secluded and set back from the road with its own private drive and coded gate. This leads you into the farm entrance and buildings. Sharon was right there to welcome us in and Ali helped set the boys up on their console as they were having some difficulties. Absolutely everything was spotless, all amenities high end….. was almost too scared to use the beautiful Aga! Tea, coffee, sugar, herbs & spices all available for your use and there was a couple of pints of milk ready for us to have a cuppa after our journey. Can’t fault the stay, the cleanliness, the host responsiveness (& friendliness) Particular kudos to host Winston 🐾 🩵 Thanks Sharon & Ali, we can’t wait to return soon 🙂

We booked this beautiful house for family members to stay in during our wedding celebrations nearby, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous, well-presented, and set in a stunning location. It provided a comfortable and relaxing base for our family who loved their stay. The host was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and during the stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage! Very comfortable and clean. Hosts very very helpful and responsive to our needs. Local was lovely and quiet with ample local walks. Would definitely stay again!

The pictures don`t do the property justice, it's a little bigger than you expect. really well situated near the village and walking distance to two pubs and a shop. the house is nicely finished but watch out as the stairs are quite steep. we had an issue with ants in the kitchen and several hundred ladybirds. once we identified the ant source they were evicted, sadly the kitchen was plagued with ladybirds for our entire stay.

Perfect location for pre wedding preparations for our daughter’s wedding a few miles away, the large utility was an ideal place for flower arranging and champagne fridge! Photographer had ample of opportunities for great pics.

Charming Oast house in a charming village with two pubs and lovely walks nearby. brilliant place for a country escape. Sharon was very friendly and welcoming.

We spent 2 nights at the very beautiful Oast, we felt right at home instantly. Sharon even very kindly made the sofa bed up for us as was arriving late. Amazing amenities, instant hot water, beautiful arga, coffee machine and all the little home from home luxuries you need when travelling with a family. The giant mugs did it for me, I love a huge cuppa & was so pleased as am normally faced with a dinky little cup 🤣 We stayed 3 adults and 2 children and it was perfect, size and sleep arrangements. Comfy beds with scatter cushions, extra blankets and even slippers in the main bedroom. Bathroom had a beautiful gift basket with all the necessities (we were so grateful for as husband forgot to pack the adult toothpaste), soft bath, hand towels for all. The outside is beautiful, very private and draped in history. We loved it. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for your kind hospitality, we hope to visit again one day ♥️

The accommodation has been built and decorated to a very high standard and is set within a farm so lots of space to roam around, and yet only a 10 minute drive to Tunbridge Wells. The hosts are very friendly and prompt at communicating. There are lots of board games, lots of interesting books to read, and a gigantic TV. Kitchen is also very well laid out and easy to cook in. If you are a family with 2 or 3 young children, you will love it here. The local village is also beautiful, and it was a short drive to a vineyard, Ashdown Forest, Bedgbury Pinetum, and other things to do.

Had a lovely stay, escaping life and our families for a weekend of relaxing. Great location - we headed into Tunbridge Wells and explored the local area for lots of walking - Broadwater Warren, Groombridge and Penshurst Place. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect place to recharge.

Very high standard interior and facilities, lots of character, friendly hosts, privacy, downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom (plenty of facilities for 5 guests), luxury TV (huge), computer station, stunning kitchen (circular bespoke), electric aga, private garden, open countryside, close to Tunbridge Wells, personal touch/homely, great book collection, comfortable corner sofa with double sofa bed option, generous and good quality towel supply, comfortable beds, met all our needs as home from home.

Beautiful oast house on a farm remade into a cottage. Very special, with a round kitchen and one round bedroom. The house was very well equipped, and the host responded quickly to texts if we had any questions. It is located on the outskirts of the pretty little village of Frant. We visited Glyndebourne and the south coast and the local area. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oast House, thank you Sharon! The place has a dream kitchen and living area which was just lovely to use. Brilliant communication throughout the booking process and stay and we also loved your beautiful dog! Would recommend without question.

Beautiful, peaceful and super dog friendly. Exactly as described, lovely comfy beds, stunning kitchen and powerful shower! Sharon was so helpful and friendly, perfect host. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay at the Oast House with our 2 young girls, they absolutely loved their round bedroom and the gardens to play in. Sharon and Ali were incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. We used it as a base to visit friends in TunbridgeWells, but also incorporated day trips into London and to local attractions all of which were very accessible. Property was extremely clean and had everything you could need for a home from home for a few days. Hope to stay again one day.

A little more spacious than we expected. Great for access to RTW, and Frant village was charming for a Sunday stroll and lunch. We were 5 adults, and that was fine for a couple of nights. Would be perfect for couple plus children.

Het verblijven in een OastHouse en het uitzicht op de weilanden, waar ook hertjes lopen. Alles is aanwezig. Één tip: wat extra (bier-) glazen zou handig zijn, die waren er echt maar een paar. Achter het huisje ligt een doorgaande weg waar de hele dag veel verkeer overheen rijdt. Je ziet de weg niet, het huisje ligt hoger en er staan bomen tussen.

Sharon's place was amazing!!! Sharon is so lovely and friendly. The Oast house had everything we needed and more. The enclosed garden is so sunny and private, and being able to walk along the 15acres is brilliant. London was super accesable as we went for a gig and the train goes straight to London bridge and the parking is easy. The george pub is a must!

Nothing really although for some guests the stairs may be steep. Separate aga instructions I think are needed rather than referring to Mary Berry Aga cookbook and an electrical kettle would be nice; it takes a while for Aga kettle to boil and it would be a bit more convenient when in a rush.

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon's place, she was extremely helpful in check in with her instructions. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! :)

The oast was lovely, cosy and warm and well equipped. The double bed was very comfy particularly! There was an incredible array of games for children. Sharon was very kind to us as we had a poorly baby whilst there and she was very accommodating.

There only thing was there were some slightly steep stairs going up to the children’s bedroom which was not so easy for our toddler to navigate. But this was very minor!

Excellent location for Tunbridge Wells and only a short journey to the South Downs. One of the most dog friendly properties we have stayed in recent times and walks into the countryside start on opening the back door. The interior is very smart and comfortable and the kitchen warmed by an easily usable Aga oven.

A lovely base to explore the area. Very comfortable, very warm and well equipped with good size rooms and well fitted kitchen. The oste bedroom is a little cramped for 2 adults and the stairs may be tricky for some guests which is why I took a one off the rating but I’m sure for kids it’s a terrific space. Sharon is a super, welcoming host and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in beautiful location.

The Oast house was full of character and had everything we wanted for 3 kids and the dog. A lovely big garden with space beyond. A warm and cosy house that was well equipped. Lots of places to explore within a half and hour drive and Sharon was a great host.

Lovely converted Oast house, perfect for a family of four. Sharon was a very welcoming host and provided lots of nice touches throughout the accommodation. The house has its own garden and feels very private even though the owners’ Farm house is only a short distance away. We did a beautiful cross-country walk to ‘The Nevill Crest and Gun’ pub in Eridge Green for a great Sunday lunch. And it’s only a few minutes walk to the two pubs in Frant if you fancy something closer to home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a restful escape to the country.

A lovely place to relax in beautiful countryside. Friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. The laundry area is super and would be so helpful in wet weather. Our dog had a really wonderful time mooching about in the fields. It’s on the doorstep of loads of places such as Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest, with super pubs close by.

We stayed for one night with friends. The place was exceptionally clean and everything was set up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Host was attentive and responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Too expensive for a two bedroom however the house was lovely and comfortable. We were greeted by the host upon checking in which was nice. Lovely property. It is very difficult to find, though the directions provided were very helpful .

What a gem!!! My daughter and i had a lovely stay in this cozy oast house. Sharon was a great host and very friendly. It was a real treat opening the curtains to the perfect country setting in the morning A lovely walk round the fields before breakfast in the sunshine. Would highly recommend. Shame we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful home in a lovely location. The property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The grounds are fabulous if you wish to get some fresh air and great for being so dog friendly and allowing you to use the fields for dog exercise. Myself, a friend, 2 children and my dog, had a lovely stay here. Beautiful setting and a lovely converted oast. Private garden which was lovely to sit in for dinner and breakfast, the kids and dog enjoyed playing out there too! Loads of board games to the keep everyone entertained! Having the fields to run the dog in was a massive bonus as we didn’t have to take him anywhere in the car (unless we wanted to!) a very peaceful, relaxing break, but close enough to the town if we fancied a visit. There’s a lovely local pub within walking distance too…massive bonus! Alastair was very response to messages and very happy to help/answer any questions. We’ll definitely be back!
